Common questions about the mail-in process.
The kit ships within 1-2 business days. Most people take their impressions the day it arrives. Ship it back to us, and your custom grillz will be ready 2-3 weeks after we receive your mold. Total time from order to wearing your new piece: about 3-4 weeks.
The deposit is non-refundable, but it applies directly to your final order. Think of it as a down payment, not an extra charge. Your final grillz price will be reduced by $50. If you decide not to proceed after taking impressions, you keep the kit materials.
We include detailed instructions with photos, and most people get it right on the first try. The kit includes enough putty for two attempts per arch, so you have a backup. If both attempts don't work out, reach out to us and we'll figure out the best next step. We've been doing this a long time — we'll get you sorted.
Currently, we ship mold kits within the United States only. The prepaid return envelope is USPS domestic. International shipping for finished pieces is available on a case-by-case basis — contact us to discuss your situation.
